Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking a skilled RPA Architect/Developer to join our team. As an RPA Architect/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions for our clients. Eram Talent works with clients in various industries, including finance, healthcare, logistics, and technology, to help automate and streamline their business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. They should have a deep understanding of business process automation and be able to analyze client requirements and design efficient and scalable RPA solutions. The RPA Architect/Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
Identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA solutions
Develop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and efficiency of RPA solutions
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of implemented RPA solutions
Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and technologies
Train and mentor junior RPA developers
