About Kimpton Riyadh Located in King Abdullah Financial District, which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22 kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues, and iconic luxury residences. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and to enjoy its unique dining options. Day to Day
- Routine Maintenance : Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently. This includes checking filters, thermostats, and refrigerant levels.
- Repairs : Diagnosing and repairing any issues with HVAC systems, such as fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and addressing any malfunctions.
- Installation : Installing new HVAC systems or upgrading existing ones, which may involve setting up new air conditioning units, heating systems, or ventilation equipment.
- Guest Requests : Responding promptly to guest complaints or requests related to temperature control in their rooms or other areas of the hotel and resolving these issues efficiently.
- Energy Management : Monitoring and optimizing the hotel's energy consumption by adjusting HVAC settings and implementing energy-saving measures.
- Safety Checks : Ensuring all HVAC systems comply with safety standards and regulations, and addressing any potential hazards.
- Emergency Response : Being on call to handle any HVAC emergencies that may arise, such as system failures or extreme temperature fluctuations, to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest experiences.
- Documentation : Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts replaced, work performed, and safety checks conducted.
- Collaboration : Working closely with other departments, such as Maintenance and Housekeeping, to coordinate activities and ensure the hotel's operations run smoothly.
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
- Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
- International luxury hotel chain background
- English Fluency is required
- Arabic Fluency is preferred
