Drive visionary leadership in strategic planning, development, and implementation of annual/multi-year marketing plans for KSA clients, enhancing Visa’s client marketing agenda.
Leverage high-impact sponsorship assets, strategic partnerships, and advisory services to deliver on Visa’s business priorities, including driving cross-border transactions, growing premium segments, and accelerating eCommerce volumes.
Uncover new market opportunities to deliver value-added services to clients and cardholders, driving market penetration and growth.
Spearhead digital marketing transformation to help clients drive a more focused and efficient effort on accelerating customer acquisitions, deepen spends engagement, and improving loyalty and retention rates, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and data-driven strategies.
Adapt and localize global and regional marketing initiatives to address specific market needs and opportunities, ensuring they resonate and drive engagement within KSA.
Activate global sponsorship and product platform initiatives across KSA, maximizing their impact and visibility.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

Foster robust, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, third parties, and the government.
Lead and engage cross-functional teams to execute client marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy between marketing and business objectives.
Optimize Marketing VIK (Value-in-Kind) plans to deliver on client and Visa objectives, enhance efficiency, and deliver maximum client value, leveraging internal and external partnerships.
Minimum Requirements: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
Strategic visionary with a strong commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
Data-driven decision maker capable of leveraging insights to create engaging marketing opportunities and drive strategic outcomes.
Master planner and project manager with a proven ability to deliver flawless execution and impactful results.
Relationship builder and influencer adept at forging strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and negotiating win-win solutions.
Marketing expert with significant experience in brand management, campaign planning, marketing strategy, and execution.
P&L savvy with a deep understanding of key financial drivers to build compelling business cases.
Digital marketing guru with expertise in performance marketing and modern digital practices.
Experienced client manager with a track record of managing external clients and agencies, and developing integrated campaign materials.
Self-starter with high energy and a proactive approach to self-management and goal achievement.
Culturally aware leader committed to fostering an inclusive and multicultural work environment.
Willingness to travel as required, adhering to Visa’s safety and security policies.

Experience & Qualifications

Retail banking, cards marketing, and FMCG experience is a plus.
Advanced degree in Business, Management, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven relationship management skills with a track record of excellence.
Extensive marketing management experience (10-12+ years), demonstrating outstanding performance and leadership.
