Position: Performance Campaign Manager Location: Riyadh Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Campaign Manager to execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key player in our team, you will transform strategic plans developed by the Media Planner into high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. This role requires close collaboration with creative, content, and account teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution and Management
    • Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
    • Translate campaign strategies into actionable setups, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes of ROAS (Return on advertising spend).
    • Configure campaigns with accurate ad placements, audience targeting, and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs, etc.).
  2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, focusing on key metrics such as CTA, CTR, CPA, CPC, CPM, and CVR.
    • Optimize campaigns through strategic budget allocation, bid management, audience refinement, and creative testing.
    • Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement top-performing creative assets, audience segments, and placements.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure campaign assets align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
    • Collaborate closely with the Digital Media Planner to align strategies and execution.
    • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, gather feedback, and manage expectations effectively.
  4. Reporting and Insights
    • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
    • Prepare and present detailed performance reports with recommendations for internal teams and clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  5. Stakeholder and Client Engagement
    • Participate in pitches and new client meetings prior to the launch of a relationship.
    • Be the primary point of contact for media-related inquiries during the campaign execution phase.
    • Gather feedback and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile Key Qualifications
  1. Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management and performance marketing across SEM and SMM.
  2. Technical Skills
    • Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager, and X Ads.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
    • Strong understanding of tracking technologies, including pixels, UTMs, and conversion APIs.
  3. Soft Skills
    • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
    • Fluency in Arabic & English, with excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
  4. Preferred Skills
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are a plus.
    • Previous experience in managing campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
    • Knowledge of Programmatic and email marketing is a plus.
