We are seeking, in Saudi Arabia, highly skilled Quality Manager – Continuous Improvementto join a major infrastructure project. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and quality management. Main Responsabilities: Continuous Improvement & Quality Management:

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
  • Apply Lean & Six Sigma tools (PDCA, DMAIC) to improve processes and project quality.
  • Oversee quality management for large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., hotels, highways, malls).
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and track results.
Training & Development:
  • Provide training in Lean/Excellence & Continuous Improvement methodologies to project teams and supervisors.
  • Facilitate workshops, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement Events.
Process Standardization & Documentation:
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids to standardize construction processes and best practices.
  • Create and manage documentation such as guidelines, checklists, and templates.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
  • Monitor project performance, report on progress, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to share best practices and ensure quality standards.
