Duties and responsibilities:- Assist the existing clients with their technical questions and help with working on the trading platform. Training related to the trading platform is provided;
- Monitoring the status of client requests;
- Dealing with customer complaints;
- KYC process implementation;
- Introducing high standards of customer service.
- Willingness to help customers and provide prompt service;
- Proven problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor/Master of Economics/Finance or related field;
- 1-2 years customer support experience in the financial/investment sector; experience with a Broker company is a plus;
- Languages: fluent in Polish and English.
