Job details

We are recruiting an energetic, passionate and inspiring female spinning instructor to join an established, unique and community-based pilates and spinning studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The package:

  1. Tax-free basic salary: 8,000 - 10,000 SAR (approximately $2,135 - $2,670 per month)
  2. 30% commission on private sessions
  3. Visa
  4. Premium medical insurance
  5. Paid annual leave
  6. Annual flights to home country
Requirements:
  1. Spinning/Indoor cycling certification
  2. Minimum 1 year experience
  3. English speaking
  4. Friendly, energetic & passionate about fitness
  5. Able to create a positive, encouraging and motivating environment for clients
  6. Respectful, professional & reliable
  7. Works well in a team
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  1. Instruct 3-4 classes per day (occasional coverage if needed)
  2. Lead dynamic and engaging classes, motivating members to push their limits while ensuring a high-energy and supportive environment
  3. Update playlist daily to keep sessions fresh and engaging
  4. Maintain a high-energy presence & interact with clients to build a strong community
  5. Ensure classes are fully booked and track attendance
  6. Actively promote your classes daily, both in the studio and on social media
  7. Bring creative ideas for collaborations and events with brands to enhance the studio’s community and growth
  8. Utilize digital sign-in apps to record attendance
  9. Create inspirational playlists to accompany classes
  10. Create new and fresh routines
  11. Develop positive relationships with class participants
  12. Be responsible for maintaining health and safety during cycle training sessions, and be aware of health and safety procedures
