Job Description:- Production Application Support Experience in solutioning banking applications- Preferred in corporate Banking experience.
- Deep understanding in complete software development life cycle of a multi-tier application based upon Front End, Back End, Middleware and Database Skill sets.
- Spring and Oracle / Postgres DB in Banking domain.
- Working Experience with Java / NodeJS, Kafka and Spring Boot to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Experience with Banking Domain experience specific to Retail and corporate banking.
- Should have good understanding on Elastic Logs, Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Swagger API Document.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in multi-vendor environment towards resolution of tickets.
- Should have worked in ticketing tools like Remedy, Service Now, Service Desk.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and ticket documentation) and have ability to build end to end documentation.
- Experience in Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
