Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within Saudi Arabia, with a strong client database and the ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets. This role requires a results-driven professional who can contribute to our agency’s growth by building strong client relationships and delivering innovative marketing solutions. Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia to expand the agency’s client base.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Prepare and present tailored marketing solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  4. Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  6. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the agency’s internal teams to design and execute customized marketing campaigns for clients.
  2. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell the agency’s services to current clients.
  3. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics.
  4. Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations for client meetings and pitches.
  5. Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and market positioning for both the agency and its clients.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

  1. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales goals.
  2. Provide management with regular updates on client feedback, market conditions, and areas for improvement.
  3. Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in Saudi Arabia, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
  2. Established client database in Saudi Arabia, with a strong network of contacts.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and cultural dynamics.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  7. Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
