PCC is looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager to be based in Jubail office. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities for the Drip Irrigation Pipes & Emitters in the Middle East and African market. Educational Qualifications: Engineering degree preferably in Agriculture Engineering. Candidates with a post-graduate MBA degree in sales and marketing would be a plus. Experience: More than 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Drip Irrigation is required. Should have sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of drip irrigation as this is a techno-commercial role. Experience in KSA, GCC is essential, and experience in the East African market would be a plus. Key Accountabilities:

Develop & establish relationships with customers for Drip Irrigation Products .
Develop global distribution network, evaluating & appointing distributors.
Gather market data and share intelligence and information throughout the product line and company as appropriate.
Coordinate supply and demand market analysis efforts.
Develop and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force.
Manage product registrations and approvals in coordination with the QA/QC department.
Represent PCC at various exhibitions and events.
Effectively conduct the required product training and learning sessions.
Provide input to site procurement for raw material selection.
Possess great knowledge of global drip products’ demand & supply situation.
Fully responsible for profit and loss of Drip Irrigation Products Line .
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.

Other Job Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Should have Saudi national ID or transferable residence permit.
Should have a valid Saudi driving license.
Overnight travel is required.
