Job details

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support.
  2. Handle high volumes of incoming calls for the Line Manager.
  3. Prepare and analyze reports for the Line Manager and the Assigned Department.
  4. Sort and prioritize incoming mail; route outgoing items to department mailboxes.
  5. Ensure materials are prepared for meetings or special events.
  6. Coordinate and maintain relationships with Park Department heads.
  7. Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  8. Create PowerPoint presentations as required.
  9. Maintain the department filing system and data archives.
  10. Manage requests from the Line Manager.
  11. Order and maintain office supplies.
  12. Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the Line Manager.
  13. Handle guest concerns, inquiries, compliments, and complaints.
  14. Draft emails and written correspondence for administrative support.
  15. Ensure adherence to the Record Policy.
  16. Create and maintain park duty schedules.
  17. Take and distribute notes during staff meetings.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
  1. Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  2. Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
