Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis

Lead and manage the financial analysis for multiple sports development projects, ensuring accurate financial modeling and assessment of all investments. Run the financial management and budgeting of sports development assets in collaboration with development teams. Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial assessments for upcoming development initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial planning and analysis. Elevate financial and commercial strategy to ensure executive decision making is based on best-in-class analysis and thinking. Detailed benchmarking analysis of international sporting assets to inform strategic decisions on financial performance. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to support executive decision-making. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating financial exposure in development projects. Assist and enhance financial processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives. Monitor industry trends and best practices in development financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategic objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and financial management, with a focus on development or real estate finance.
  • Experience in preparing executive level presentations to articulate recommendations and findings from financial analysis.
  • Previous roles managing financials and analysis of operational and event-based real-estate assets.
  • Experience in sports development and or operations is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and project evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and simplify complex financial data for a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills.
