To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.
To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
To achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.
To provide strong HSE leadership.

Project Execution and Management:

Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Essential skills/experience:

Ability to direct a project, with the direct supervision and coordination provided by the Project Manager(s).
Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
High level of customer focus.
Previous experience as a project manager on projects in excess of US$50m total value.

Qualifications:

Experience in relevant industry.
