About The Role The Four Seasons Resort is looking for a talented General Maintenance (Electrician)! Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. What You Will Do
- Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
- Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.
- Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
- Take an active part in elevator professional training; familiar with elevator safety rules and regulations; a valid certification is necessary.
- Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical setups for exhibits including maintenance of those setups.
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field or other equivalent experience is required.
- Good knowledge of hotel fire and life-safety systems and equipment.
- Exert security-protecting ability by using one’s own suit.
