We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced DP Coordinator to join our dynamic school community. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of research-based teaching and learning practices, in-depth knowledge of the IB curriculum, and a dedication to creating an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and management of the IB DP curriculum.
Support and guide students, parents, and staff in all aspects of the DP journey.
Lead professional development sessions for teachers and ensure adherence to IB standards.
Foster a collaborative learning environment and promote academic excellence.
Collaborate with the admin team and subject leads to ensure vertical alignment, share resources, and participate in school activities and events.
Stay current with developments in IB teaching practices, attending professional development sessions as needed.

Work Experience & Educational Qualifications:

3 Years Full-Time bachelor's degree in education-related field or relevant subject matter area. Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, Secondary Education, or related field.
Minimum 3 Years of DP Coordinator Experience including 5 Years of teaching experience in an IB School is required.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Teaching License, or equivalent strongly preferred.
Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Secondary Education, or a related field.
International Baccalaureate experience an advantage as applicable.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Computer literacy (word-processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and familiarity with curriculum management and learning management applications.
