Job Summary To diagnose and treat various medical conditions that impact women's health. To monitor illnesses and diseases, providing medical support to pregnant women and performing routine check-ups on female patients. Job Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of tests, including pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams.
Diagnose and prescribe treatments for disorders and diseases.
Conduct routine check-ups on patients.
Monitor and treat expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Record medical histories.
Educate patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health.
Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel.
Keep up to date with current practices and innovations.
Support in professional development of all medical, technical and nursing staff in his/her area of expertise.
Participate in various committees for the upgrading of patient care services and organization of work within and outside the hospital.
Participate in scheduling of on-call duties and provide on-call services.
Participate in the assessment and updating of drug, medical supply and equipment needs.
Write, complete and approve medical reports for patients.
Participate in research activities.
Perform special procedures as privileged.
Adhere to policies, guidelines, plans and programs of the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned/directed by the Head of the department.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Provide high quality care to patients in this area of medicine.
Communication skills to explain complex medical information, procedures, and answer questions to patients and their families.
Technical skills to perform procedures and analyze data.
Technical skills to interpret medical records, scan patient data, and interpret test results.
Ability to think and act quickly in a stressful environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Perfect vision and visuospatial awareness.
Compassionate and empathetic.
Supervise staff/assistant physicians and residents.
The ability to work well alone and within a team.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience 5 years of experience in a similar role 3 years in GCC (preferred) Education Doctoral degree in Doctor of Medicine Specialty degree/Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology
