Clinical Training Coordinator - Qatar Government Project Location: Qatar Duration: Long-Term Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training needs assessments with clinical teams.
  2. Develop and deliver clinical training programs.
  3. Organize and coordinate training sessions, materials, and logistics.
  4. Maintain and update training resources and materials.
  5. Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
  6. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  7. Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Healthcare Education (postgraduate preferred).
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare training & development.
  3. Experience with LMS, eLearning, and IT certifications is a plus.
  4. Strong administrative, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
