Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for a luxury jewelry/watch brand at Amiri Gems. Statement of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Present and promote the Amiri Gems jewelry brands/products and showcase our unique value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Coordinate closely with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, outlining progress and potential challenges.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's presence and network within the jewelry business sector.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development within the jewelry industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, materials, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
