Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Consultant focusing on Off-plan (Middle East) / Dubai Secondary Market. Key responsibilities:

• Negotiating and closing sales, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, and building relationships with clients to ensure outstanding satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
• Interaction with foreign partners, developers, agents, and owners.
• Search for relevant information at the request of a client; preparation of presentations; assistance in the adaptation of clients abroad.
• Work with real estate database: attraction of a new product, preparation of presentations.
• Conducting projects in the field of foreign real estate of direction development, immigration, legal, tax, and economic expertise.
• Preparation of information and reference materials, articles, presentations, reviews, and analytics.
• Participation in conferences, presentations, exhibitions, forums, and webinars.
• Assistance to the sales manager and head of the department.

• 1 year of Real Estate experience is preferable;
• Perfect sales and negotiation skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients;
• Fluent English is mandatory.
