- Salary: $60k – $65k Base + Super + Commissions ($90k – $100k + OTE)
- Retail and hospitality background is welcome. Phone sales experience is ideal!

- Work closely with business development managers and the marketing team to conduct outreach to prospective clients.
- Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
- Build rapport, qualify, and demonstrate the value proposition.
- Build and nurture positive and genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business and external clients.
- Utilising CRM software for data entry and sales pipeline management.
- Provide quality & professional customer service to prospects.
- Previous experience in solar/renewable energy sales is ideal but not essential.
- Prior experience in retail sales, direct sales, and hospitality is welcomed – we hire on enthusiasm and ambition over experience!
- Phone sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- A confident personality with strong communication skills.
