We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Commercial Finance Business Partner with our awesome team in Sydney. The role: As our next Commercial Finance BP , you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders across our Creative, CXM, and Media practices, overseeing forecasting and month-end processes for these business units. Core responsibilities:

1. Assist with the practice level forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Analyse variances between actual results and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
5. Oversee the management of business unit costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic goals.
6. Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
7. Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and challenges.
8. Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modelling.

A bit about you:

1. Demonstrated high commercial acumen to support business leaders on strategic initiatives.
2. Ability to support the FP&A function on planning, reporting, and analysis.
3. Eager to support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modelling, and recommendations.
4. Excellent commercial nous and enjoy corporate culture.
5. Experience with reviewing business practices and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Enjoy implementing changes and improvements in reporting and planning practices in line with Finance roadmap.
