We are seeking a Principal Consultant to lead by example and help shape our Canberra, ACT team for ongoing future success. About the role Along with managing your own caseload, you will be providing thought leadership and expertise within your special interest area, whether that is account management, business development or quality. Staying abreast of industry trends through structured professional development, you will also impart your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation. With no day the same, the role includes:- Conducting assessment and delivering RTW case management as part of managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases
- Mentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery targets and quality standards
- Contributing to and championing the development and implementation of innovative product and service offerings
- Developing key accounts by ensuring exceptional service to our customers with regular reviews, contact and continuous improvement
- Assisting to create a culture of high performance and growth in all aspects of business development
- Full AHPRA Registration as Provisional or Registered Psychologist
- Full ASORC Registration as an Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Prior experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation
- Prior experience managing and leading a team
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
- Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
- Car and drivers license
