About the role… As the Card Fraud Officer , you will play an integral part in the investigation and response to Card Fraud impacting our customers. Reporting to the Financial Crime Manager, Fraud you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team who have a genuine passion for helping our customers and the business with card fraud events. You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and investigating card dispute cases;
- Managing Visa and Mastercard dispute cases to achieve the best result for our customers;
- Responding to email and phone enquiries regarding new and ongoing disputes;
- Maintaining records to meet reporting obligations;
- Actively managing various workloads with differing SLA requirements.
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry;
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail;
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Comfortable in making/taking phone calls for card fraud disputes;
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, agile environment, including autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
