Identity Specialist

We are working with a leading government-owned organisation in the electricity sector who are are seeking an experienced Identity Specialist to support a Cyber Security Uplift Program (CUP) with the design, implementation, and management of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions, integrating with Identity Governance (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains.
- Develop an implementation roadmap for the CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud) platform.
- Act as a technical authority, overseeing the implementation of identity technologies.
- Configure and engineer identity platforms to implement the Identity Management System (IMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and implementation partners.
- Contribute to the development of an identity operating model for the Digital environment.
- Develop technical documentation to support operational needs.
- Ensure alignment with security standards (e.g., NIST, Essential 8, Zero Trust).
- 8+ years of experience in Identity architecture, engineering, or technical leadership roles, especially in IGA, IAM, and PAM domains.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end CyberArk PCloud implementations (certification preferred).
- Proven experience designing identity solutions in complex, regulated environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, Essential 8, and Zero Trust.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of IGA technologies (e.g., SailPoint) and IAM technologies (e.g., Ping Identity).
- Expertise in security solution design and working with enterprise services (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, SIEM).
- Strong leadership and technical authority in managing identity projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
