- A passion for service and community
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong ability to be part of an onsite village leadership team, and influence outcomes to drive delivery of the expected role outcomes
- Customer Service background in a services industry (hospitality, retail, wellbeing, aged/retirement).
- Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certificate.
