Our long standing, dedicated educators are committed to providing high quality care and delivering the Lifelong Learning curriculum to children 6 weeks to 5 years. Our Centre Manager who has been at the service for 10 years is searching for an ACM to add to the Centre Leadership Team in 2025. - Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children’s Check.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
