HMP Stocken is a category C training prison housing around 1056 patients, the majority of whom are aged between 21-40 years. You will be working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver support to adult males with complex mental health and trauma needs. Hours: 20 hours per week, works across 2.5 days. We are happy to create a rolling rota (2 days one week, 3 the next) and are flexible regarding which days are worked (Monday to Friday). We are also able to offer a full-time role if working across both HMP Stocken and either HMP Gartree or HMP Five Wells. Salary: This position is 20 hours per week; you'll receive an annual salary up to £180,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience. - Provide excellent clinical care, assessment, and treatment to patients on the case load onsite
- Actively participate in the strategic direction of the mental health service, lead the senior mental health clinicians on service developments, and provide clinical supervision
- Work within the multi-disciplinary team to review referrals, determine appropriate treatment plans, conduct risk assessments, and engage in multi-professional complex case reviews.

- Registered professional with current registration (GMC)
- Specialist Registration in either General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry
- Approved under section 12 (2) of the MHS 1983
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- Up-to-date knowledge in adult psychiatry and PD
- Awareness of current issues in mental health service provision, policy, and legislation
