This role combines two key functions: ensuring clinical uptime through maintaining Elekta Pty Ltd supplied equipment and managing the installation and upgrading of Treatment Delivery Solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work independently within Brisbane and surrounding areas to ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time, meet contractual obligations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including electronics, HT and RF power generation, vacuum, water, and pressurized gas systems, and mechanical components, often down to the board/component level. Your role requires technical proficiency across a wide range of systems and the ability to manage your environment while working remotely. As an Installation Engineer, you will coordinate and manage all activities related to equipment installation and upgrade within ANZ. This includes working with local engineers, distributors, project managers, hospital staff, and contractors, ensuring projects are completed according to schedule. You’ll report directly to the Head of Service Operations and must demonstrate a high level of technical skills and project management competence. In both capacities, you'll be expected to act as a professional liaison between Elekta Pty Ltd and the customer, ensuring smooth communication and support. Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
