Regional Sales Managers – UK About the Business… RETAIL AI is a dynamic technology startup based in Scotland, specialising in audio and artificial intelligence solutions for customer-facing businesses. Over the past year, the company has launched several innovative solutions, including an Anti-Theft AI module. This module integrates seamlessly with retailers' existing audio and CCTV hardware, automatically alerting management of suspected thefts and instantly broadcasting preventive warning messages to perpetrators. RETAIL AI has recently secured funding to facilitate its growth and expansion. The business now seeks to appoint Retail Sales Managers to cover areas across the UK. What we require… We are seeking Regional Sales Managers responsible for selling our proposition into customer facing independent businesses. Our sweet spot at present is the convenience store sector, but the proposition has a wide application across the entire high street. Ideal candidate will have experience of selling solutions into independent businesses and/or having worked within the retail sector with a demonstrable understanding of the issues affecting said marketplace. Reporting into our Sales Director, this is an out and out sales ‘hunter’ role, with seperate account management support. The individual will therefore have high sales targets and an open-ended uncapped bonus structure. Proven experience in Regional Retail Sales or similar role, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite of products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working as part of a remote team with ability to work on own initiative. Willingness to travel within assigned region. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
