Principal Recruitment Consultant £30k - £45k base (depending on experience) + lucrative uncapped commission paid monthly with low thresholds – 2-3 days per week wfh Investors In People (Gold) Accredited company and winner of the Peoples Platform Award for Outstanding Company Culture in 2023, we are a forward-thinking recruitment group with three successful brands; James Andrews Recruitment Solutions, Lincoln Cornhill Executive & James Andrews Technology. Having achieved success establishing our brands across HR, Legal, Finance, Tech, Social Housing, Property Management and Executive Search nationally, we are now hiring for highly ambitious 360 recruiters with niche expertise linked to or outside of our current sector markets, to join us as individual consultants as we continue to grow. Based from our Birmingham, Jewellery Quarter office, the focus will be on you – we’re committed to investing in your success;
- You will have autonomy to establish your own brand within your niche sector
- Make use of access to a wealth of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Business Development and Marketing Departments
- Receive regular salary reviews with clear transparent commission structure and low thresholds
- Benefit from dedicated 1:1 support and input to ensure your continual development in your career with us, including opportunity to build a team around you
- You will join us as a 360-recruitment consultant providing advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of mid-senior to senior levels within your niche sector.
- You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools.
- You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to mid-senior level candidates within your specialist sector.
- You will multi-task and prioritise workload in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
- Proven success as a 360 consultant with specialist expertise in mid-senior level recruitment in a niche sector
- Excellent communication skills and rapport building to maintain long-term repeat business
- Pro-active and self-motivated with the desire to meet and exceed targets
- Resilience and adaptability to re-focus in ever changing markets
- Creative and innovative thinker, always striving to further their knowledge and improve
