Job Title : IT Business Analyst Contract : 12-month with likely extension Program: 3-4 years Day Rate: $700 - $850 + super Location : Sydney, 2 days a week office attendance Role Overview: We are seeking a strong IT Business Analyst with a strong background in:
- Mainframe systems
- Data Migration and cards (credit or debit)
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, primarily focused on consumer payments.
- Collaborate closely with technical counterparts to deliver projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding requirements and ensuring project goals are met.
- Provide logical, high-level thinking, drilling down into technical details when necessary.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the consumer payments industry.
- Prior banking experience.
- Proven experience in payments and/or mainframe technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
