They’re dedicated to fostering a passion for the outdoors in every customer! About the Role As an ASM, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving store performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work alongside a team of up to 15 staff, playing a key role in mentoring, coaching, and driving the team's passion for the outdoors. We're seeking a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is ready to take the next step in their retail management career! Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team management
• Lead by example, providing excellent customer service
• Assist in achieving sales targets and ensuring high visual merchandising standards
• Develop and motivate a team of retail staff
• Collaborate on product knowledge, with a focus on outdoor and adventure gear
• Foster a culture of passion for outdoor activities within the team
• Manage rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak trading times
