Health and Safety Study Support Advisor Location: Hybrid / Cannock, WS12 2HA (Mainly working from home, in the office once a month / quarter) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits! Why Do We Want You? We are looking for a dedicated Study Support Advisor to join our growing team at Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington Plc. With the expansion of our business, we need someone who is highly detail-oriented, excels in structured and consistent workflows, and possesses strong prioritisation and organisational skills. You will be responsible for marking assessments with precision and providing outstanding support to our students and clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms. Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities You will be responsible for:

1. Delivering an exemplary level of study support to Phoenix students, creating a positive learning experience through technical guidance and encouragement.
2. Providing remote consultancy to our expanding client base.
3. Engaging across Phoenix's social media platforms, responding to queries, posting health and safety news, and supporting student learning.
4. Ensuring all delegates receive respectful and professional support.
5. Marking mock exam papers with accuracy and offering constructive feedback.
6. Managing email, phone, and webchat queries, and monitoring the Facebook page to ensure only members are granted access and queries/complaints are effectively managed.
7. Conducting 1:1 sessions with students who require additional support.
8. Staying updated on changes to health and safety standards and legislation.
9. Efficiently planning your own diary and workload to meet service level agreements.

1. NEBOSH National Diploma or be working towards it (must not hold NVQ Level 6).
2. Membership of IOSH - CertIOSH or higher.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. The ability to work independently and stay focused.
5. Excellent IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
6. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage your workload effectively.

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:

1. A minimum of three years' health and safety advisory experience.
2. A minimum of three years' practical health and safety experience.
