About the role: Our Assistant Store Managers :

1. Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
2. Coach and develop team members
3. Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
4. Are safety leaders , always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers
5. Set a positive example at all times
6. Often have opening and closing responsibilities

The successful individual will:

1. Have responsibility in a role within the workplace or extra curriculum activity, or be ready for that step
2. Be mature minded & willing to take on responsibility
3. Possess excellent communication skills
4. Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge, or be interested in learning more about the automotive industry
5. Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence
6. Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
7. Prioritise safety
8. Be reliable & motivated
