About the role The Business Planning and Strategy Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting the creation and enhancing business processes and strategies through thorough analysis and stakeholder collaboration for Daikin’s Solutions Business. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for growth and improvement of the Solutions Business by analysing data, current systems, processes, and developing new ICT solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals. About you

• Experience and understanding of Daikin Industries Planning Department
• Understanding of Daikin companies globally (product)
• High level of organisation skills
• Strategic and flexible thinking
• Planning capabilities
• Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong relationship
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations or conflicts.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly.
• Ability to deal with staff located remotely
