This role will see you guide and implement PAPL’s long-term vision by driving strategy development, partnering with executives to identify growth opportunities, aligning business unit strategies, and guiding teams through strategic decision making About the Role
- Shape, drive, and execute the organisation’s long-term vision and strategic objectives.
- Lead the development, governance, and execution of the Corporate Strategy to support business outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, analyse market trends, and ensure alignment across all business units.
- Facilitate executive planning sessions to refresh strategy, incorporating new external insights and addressing performance gaps.
- Provide advice and mentoring to build organisational capability in strategy development, benefits realisation, and communication.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Monitor corporate strategy performance, coordinate improvement actions, and align with statutory and master planning processes.
- Manage corporate strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and resource optimisation.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience in developing strategy models and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Collaborative and visionary leader with a forward-thinking approach and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, values-based decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset.
