New Graduate Occupational Therapist

We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider with sites in the north and east, who are looking for an additional Occupational Therapist to join their team. The service is family-owned, providing the experience of a progressive and innovative service with a close-knit family feel. While focused on paediatrics, they support clients across the full lifespan, allowing you to focus on specific age groups that may interest you. The role is based in Bundoora with a mix of in-clinic and community work, so some flexibility to travel in your catchment area is required. A motor vehicle allowance is also provided, but there is scope to be predominantly clinic-based. Key areas of the role are:

• Working collaboratively with a team of OTs and AHAs to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.
• Visiting clients in clinic, at home, at school, or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person-centred, evidence-based clinical care.
• Actively participating in professional development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities.

• General AHPRA registration as an OT and WWCC.
• A commitment to participating in the graduate program and ongoing professional development.
