Part-time/Full-time options, Monday-Friday *Work Location: Hamilton Niagara & surrounding areas**We Offer: ** *Salary-$165,000-$218,000** *Part-time and Full-time Opportunities** *Sign on Bonus $3000** *Ongoing Support**Qualifications:** Masters degree of Occupational Therapy (preferred)* Minimum 2 years Experience in field work as an Occupational Therapist * ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required * Great communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)* Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)*Responsibilities:** Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non MVA files)* Ensure that all patient’s needs are met * Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed. * Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner * Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient – support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices *Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
