Receptionist / Office Admin

We are winning and growing our business and we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Admin to join the crew! You will join a supportive team to work on a wide variety of IT roles spread across different locations in Australia. We are 100% remote, so you can be based anywhere in Australia and we will make this work. The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Office administration or customer service experience will be preferred.
- You have a genuine passion for engaging with people.
- You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
- You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Experience working with the MS Office suite of programs is highly preferred.
- Attend to inquiries from job seekers on phone and emails.
- Co-ordinate interview requests and calendar invites for the candidates.
- Provide administrative assistance for other team members where required.
- Work with a larger team to facilitate business functions and requests.
