Job Location : Oyo Deadline : February 27, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Complete Procurement Activity, PR Preparation, getting quotation from vendor, uploading quotation in system to get approval from line manager, Converting PR to PO, GRN coordination to the company store after receiving materials, files upload in system related to store after receiving materials, files upload in system related to P.O payment follow up with Finance.

• Required to perform the duties assigned by the Company and report to the Procurement Manager of the Company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders.
• Open new account when needed.
• Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Review supplier's proposals and invoices.
• Discuss and analyses material and equipment need with architects and engineers.
• Attend Vendor meetings if required.
• Coordinate with staffs, operations, and outside agencies to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when needed.
• Knowledge about NAFDAC, PAAR, SONCAP, Form M & Custom clearance

Experience/ Skills

• BSc in Business Administration or related filed.
• At least 4 to 5 years experience of procurement in an FMCG company.
• Knowledge about NAFDAC, PAAR, SONCAP, Form M & Custom clearance
• Strong organizational skills.
