Locations Options: Canberra, Sydney (Penrith), Melbourne (Box Hill), Brisbane. Remote Desktop Application may be used, where required and only if approved by the Project Manager. Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis to attend associated workshops and meetings. Baseline Security Clearance is a must.

Performance Tester Role

The Performance Tester is a crucial role that is part of the Test Assurance team. Performance Testers work closely with the Test Lead, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to assess and evaluate the performance and reliability of IT systems and ensuring they perform optimally when under load.

Responsibilities include:

1. Design, document, execute, and analyse performance tests, including monitoring and reporting to provide reliable information to stakeholders to make informed decisions.
2. Produce all performance-related documents, including test strategies and plans, closure memos.
3. Provide high-level technical, operational, and procedural advice relating to system performance.
4. Complex problem-solving and issues management relating to performance testing.
