About the Role: As a Client Service Personnel, you will play a key role in business development and client management. You will also serve as the link between clients and our creative team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new clients to expand our business reach
Develop engaging proposals tailored to client needs
Deliver persuasive presentations that showcase our expertise in branding and advertising
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Work with internal teams to execute projects effectively and meet client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong business development and sales skills
Experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or client services
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
A proactive and target-driven mindset
Previous experience in advertising agency is an advantage
