Zoho Solutions Architect & Developer

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Zoho applications and solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize, integrate, and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.).
• Customize Zoho applications to meet business requirements, including workflows, fields, and modules.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms.
• Create custom scripts using Zoho Deluge and automate business processes.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Zoho.
• Ensure seamless data migration between Zoho apps and other systems.
• Generate detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Provide end-user training and support for Zoho applications.
• Keep up to date with Zoho updates, new features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, including hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, or similar applications.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Experience with third-party tools for Zoho integration (Zapier, Integromat, etc.).
• Good understanding of database management and workflows within Zoho applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization.
• Experience in ERP/CRM systems and their integration with Zoho.
• Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP) for advanced customizations.
• Certification in Zoho applications or platforms is a plus.
