SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant for a one-month engagement to support the deployment, configuration, and end-user training of SAP B1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP B1 implementation, customization, and training, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment and Configuration :
   • Lead the deployment of SAP B1, including installation, configuration, and system setup.
   • Customize SAP B1 to align with business processes and requirements.
   • Perform data migration from legacy systems to SAP B1, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   • Integrate SAP B1 with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or third-party applications) as needed.
2. Training and Knowledge Transfer :
   • Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP B1 functionalities, modules, and processes.
   • Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation for future reference.
   • Provide hands-on support to users during the initial phase of system adoption.
3. Troubleshooting and Support :
   • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the deployment phase.
   • Provide post-deployment support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
4. Project Management :
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
   • Ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline (1 month).

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Technical Expertise :
   • Proven experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) deployment, configuration, and customization.
   • Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
   • Experience with data migration and system integration.
   • Familiarity with SQL and SAP B1 add-ons is a plus.
2. Training and Communication :
   • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
   • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Project Management :
   • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
   • Experience working in short-term, fast-paced projects.
4. Certifications (Preferred) :
   • SAP B1 Certification or relevant SAP certifications.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP B1 deployment and training.
• Experience working in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc.].
• Experience with [specific SAP B1 version, e.g., SAP B1 10.0, 9.3, etc.].

Deliverables

• Fully deployed and configured SAP B1 system.
• Conducted end-user training sessions with training materials.
