Job Description

  1. To anticipate market trend, new infrastructure and residential development by visiting the region to identify growth areas.
  2. Identify the perspective plots and prepare project files to build a healthy pipeline of new projects.
  3. To prepare comprehensive project dossiers with input based on traffic count, trade area analysis & investment estimates for DEVCO, CEO, & APMO Approvals.
  4. To ensure the layout of houses of all required SFS facilities (Welcome mobility, Wash, Oil change, Tyre Shop, etc.) based on the trade area study including the socio-economic profiling of the area to capture maximum SFS potential.
  5. To carry out and update periodic zone studies/analyze in responsibility by reviewing the infrastructure & competition development in order to have updated information of the zone potential.
  6. To update HO team in updating the live database of the development pipeline projects to have clear pipeline visibility at all times.
  7. To coordinate with prospects & provide the latest land documents to the legal team to ensure all relevant agreements for each station are signed & registered if required.
  8. To coordinate with the engineering department to hold preconstruction meetings to put approved projects under construction for timely completion.
  9. To ensure smooth completion of the projects (meeting the target completion dates) in coordination with the support department & to hand over completed projects to the retail sales team for commissioning.
  10. Performance monitoring of the commissioned stations through post-investment review to check if all the sites are performing as per the projections & prepare action plans for underperforming sites with the help of the retail sales team.
