4. Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and our agency.
5. Maintain a proactive approach to project hunting and bidding, consistently seeking out new opportunities for business growth.
6. Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth handover and execution once a project is awarded.

Job Specification

1. 1 year of experience, with a proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork, with a strong track record of winning digital marketing projects.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our organisation's value proposition effectively.
3. Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
6. Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
