Job Description
- Receive tasks from the management and/or customers to convert them into tasks plans as per the company systems and police
- Assign tasks to the to the relevant technical teams with clear orientation and smart objectives
- Attend and deliver high quality input in the brainstorming and other meetings concerned with the customers’ requirements when required
- Follow up the tasks progress and completion with the required deadlines and other oriented standards
- Approach and Contact any required outsourced services (e.g. photography, videography…etc.) to conduct agreements with them on behalf of the customer. In addition; coordinate the required services (e.g. photo sessions…etc.) and attend them to ensure quality
- Update the customers and technical stakeholders with the ongoing market updates and trends to sustain and enhance the customers’ results and satisfaction
- Take the necessary measures – in coordination with the management – to solve any problems concerned with the customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the account management industry digital marketing agencies.
- Excellent English & Arabic (Reading, Writing & Speaking Skills).
- Presentable with high communication skills
- Good Knowledge with the company services with continuous updated knowledge expansion / Market trends / social media directions / work standards / market standards / competitors intelligence / customer relationship management / Customer service / problem solving
- Time management & accountability skills is a must
