Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in New Town, Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
