This role focuses on resource planning, program timelines, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize program delivery and meet learner success outcomes. With a strong focus on leveraging innovative technologies and continuous improvement practices, the Learning Program Lead plays a critical role in advancing Sprints' strategic objectives. About the Role : 

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge learning programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with top-tier professionals to create innovative, AI-powered learning solutions.
• Manage the execution of programs that are engaging, scalable, and aligned with market trends.
• Develop customized learning plans and technical proposals to address client-specific requirements.

Job Requirements

• Brings 5-8 years of experience in managing learning programs or related fields, preferably in EdTech or technology-driven environments.
• Has a strong understanding of AI technologies, EdTech tools, and learning management systems.
• Excels in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Is a natural leader and communicator, able to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
• Has a passion for leveraging technology to create transformative learning experiences.
