Job Description
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our company’s software department. .NET Developer responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and configuring existing systems, Developing technical specifications and architecture, Analyzing system requirements and prioritizing tasks. If you’re equally happy to roll up your sleeves to write code and review other team members’ work, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities- Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
- Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
- Develop technical specifications and architecture
- Test and debug various .NET applications
- Review and refactor code
- Deploy fully functional applications
- Upgrade existing programs
- Support junior developers’ work
- Document development and operational procedures
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
